We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

4.2 Account Security

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access

5. Acceptable Use Policy

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Subscription Plans

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Cancellations and Refunds policy
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically

6.2 Pay-As-You-Go

• Credits expire 12 months from purchase date if unused
• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable

7. Intellectual Property

• You must obtain necessary consents from candidates before conducting interviews
• We implement industry-standard security measures to protect data
• You must not upload sensitive personal data without proper authorization

9. AI and Automated Decision-Making

Our Platform uses AI technology to assist in candidate evaluation:

• AI assessments are tools to assist human decision-making, not replace it
• Final hiring decisions remain your responsibility
• We strive to minimize bias in our AI algorithms but cannot guarantee complete accuracy
• You should review AI-generated assessments before making hiring decisions
• Candidates should be informed that AI is used in the interview process

10. Disclaimers and Warranties

10.1 Service Warranty

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of accuracy, reliability, or completeness
• Warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation

10.2 Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific hiring outcomes or that use of our Services will result in better hiring decisions. Interview results and AI assessments are tools to inform your judgment, not definitive evaluations.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for hiring decisions made based on our Services
• We are not liable for third-party actions or content
• We are not liable for data loss due to user error or external factors

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetMePlaced from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Services, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any laws or regulations, or (d) your hiring decisions or employment practices.

13. Termination

13.1 By You

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period
• No refunds for unused time in the current billing cycle

13.2 By Us

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
• We may terminate accounts with 30 days' notice for any reason
• Immediate termination may occur for serious violations

13.3 Effect of Termination

• Access to the Platform will cease upon termination
• You may download your data within 30 days of termination
• We may delete your data after the retention period

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or Platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
